Requirements
• Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role • Knowledge of legal procedures and court rules • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Experience with electronic filing systems is a plus • Paralegal certificate or degree in Legal Studies is preferred • Previous experience working in Australian Family Law, Australian Wills and Estate or Australian Litigation preferred but not essential
