• This role is open in South Africa • Position: Senior Social Media Marketing and Events Coordinator (Remote) • Hours: 1:00 AM - 9:00AM SAST • Pay Rate: R28 000 - R34 000 per month (Negotiable based on Experience) • Role Overview: The Senior Social Media Marketing and Events Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns and coordinating virtual and in-person events. • This role focuses on building brand awareness, growing social media engagement, and managing the client’s event calendar. • With a creative flair and a strategic mindset, the ideal candidate will be experienced in social media management and event coordination within a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and event coordination. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns and events. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in design tools and social media scheduling tools. • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting metrics. • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
