• This role is open in South Africa. • Remote • Hours: 10am - 6pm SAST • The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the activities of our client, ensuring the seamless integration and execution of operations, marketing, and new business initiatives. • This position is instrumental in driving growth, maintaining high standards, and acting as the central link between stakeholders, leadership, and operational teams. • Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our client, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Initiate and coordinate the workup of new business opportunities, from ideation to implementation. • Provide leadership and support to teams across all functions, fostering collaboration and accountability. • Oversee both on-ground and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and strong brand presence. • Work closely with marketing teams to develop innovative strategies that drive engagement and growth. • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Supervise operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines. • Establish and optimize processes to enhance productivity and workflow across the group. • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Represent our client at important meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships to advance business objectives. • Manage the schedules, priorities, and deliverables for the CEO/COO, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed. • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership, contributing to high-level decision-making. • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business functions. • Present detailed performance insights and recommendations to leadership. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar leadership role. • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking. • Leadership and team management. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Business development acumen. • Stakeholder and relationship management. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
