Requirements
• 3 years of experience in design-focused roles, particularly in marketing, communications, or content creation. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma. • Experience producing a wide range of assets, including digital content, social media posts, and print materials. • A degree in design, communication, marketing, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional designs. • Excellent communication skills, comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders in real-time. • Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual content requirements (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter). • Strong English comprehension and writing skills (all content is in English). • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (bonus). • A demonstrated interest in or understanding of the Tech or Data/AI industry (bonus). • Familiarity with UX/UI principles or web design (bonus).
