• We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated undergraduate student for a semester-long internship to support our social media strategy, primarily on TikTok and Instagram. • This role will involve familiarizing yourself with our brand guidelines, conducting competitor research, creating short-form video templates, converting full-format videos to Reels and TikToks, and assisting with graphic design to bolster our social media efforts. • Conduct competitor research to stay updated on social media trends. • Build engaging short-form video templates. • Convert full-format videos into short-form Reels and TikToks. • Assist with graphic design tasks as needed.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels best practices, trends, and algorithms. • Ability to follow brand guidelines to create cohesive video content. • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut. • Bonus: Comfortable being on camera. • Proficiency with graphic design tools like Photoshop and/or InDesign. • Understanding and embrace of Mutual of Omaha Mortgage's brand and voice. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and ability to manage and organize multiple projects independently. • Familiarity with platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, and various social media platforms.
