• This is a remote position. • Company Overview: The company is an ambitious young company backed by institutional capital, dedicated to capitalizing on the immense growth potential of the blockchain industry. • Our mission is to serve as the trusted guide, bridging traditional institutional investors into the world of blockchain and digital assets. • Opportunity: We are excited to offer a unique and dynamic opportunity for a talented individual to join us as an Operations and Finance Analyst. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the operations of our firm, supported by top professionals in their respective fields. • You will work closely with senior management in running daily operations of the firm and finetuning related policies and processes, ensuring continued success of the organization. • Responsibilities: Assist all aspects of daily operations, managing relationships with various vendors and service providers (accountants, fund administrators, auditors, lawyers, banks, IT, etc.), ensuring smooth organizational function. • Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations as required. • Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets. • Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong critical thinking skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, and effective communication within a team-based setting are essential for success in this role. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations, demonstrating excellent project management skills. • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Intellectually curious with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. • Thrives in a startup environment and embraces change and innovation. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Displays maturity, professionalism, drive, and empathy. • Experience in blockchain or fund operations is a plus.
