• Own setup, client training, and launch of MyAdvice product and features • Deliver seamless onboarding experience for new clients • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely implementation • Act as subject matter expert on MyAdvice product • Guide clients through onboarding process with clear communication
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years in a client-facing, project management, or product adoption role • Proven experience managing the setup and implementation of digital products and services • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related education, preferred • High speed internet connection to facilitate a remote working environment
