• The HR/TA Coordinator will support various HR and TA tasks across the department. • Collaborate with both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partners. • Manage essential HR and Recruiting functions including scheduling interviews, offer letters, and new hire orientations. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations.
• BS in Human Resources, Business or other related field or 4+ years’ HR experience in Talent Acquisition or in Human Resources. • 2+ years’ experience as an HR or Talent Acquisition Coordinator, having a comprehension of human resources policies, procedures, best practices, recruitment and hiring processes. • 2+ years’ experience using Workday HCM to include a basic understanding of business processes, candidate resume reviews, interview stages, offer letters, talent management, etc. • Strong understanding and knowledge of state and federal laws including FLSA standards, EEOC, and OFCCP compliance. • Other HR or TA duties as assigned.
