Description

• CFCU Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced and driven Business Intelligence Analyst. • The BI Analyst will ensure data-driven insights are accessible and actionable. • Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to identify trends. • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau to monitor KPIs. • Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver insights. • Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies. • Design and maintain automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort. • Stay informed on predictive analysis techniques and support future implementations.

Requirements

• A minimum of two to four years of similar or related experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. • Strong experience with SQL report writing and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or comparable business intelligence tools. • Experience with an enterprise data warehousing and database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, Snowflake, SQL Server, Azure. • Familiarity with data governance principles. • Proven experience interpreting data trends and patterns in complex data sets. • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical domains skillfully. • Self-starter. • Prior credit union/financial institution experience is a plus. • Experience with financial institution core systems (e.g., Fiserv DNA) is a plus. • Java scripting experiencing is a plus. • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of database theory and practice, database structures, query languages, and concepts. • Strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
