Description
• Provide counseling and case management for EAP members • Conduct telephonic triage and assessment • Make clinical determinations in adherence with Company risk policy • Follow cases to completion • Utilize computer-based case management system for documentation • Consult with Human Resources and supervisory personnel from client companies on issues and concerns.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in behavioral health field (social work, psychology, counseling, or related field) • 5 years post Master's degree experience as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor or equivalent behavioral health clinical experience.
