📋 Description

• We’re a profitable, founder-led consumer brand on the verge of explosive growth. • We need a Director of Strategic Operations to turn our high-output hustle into a repeatable, scalable operating machine. • This role is for a true builder — someone who has done this before at a larger scale. • You’ll translate vision into execution, unblock teams, and bring clarity, speed, and systems to every part of the business. • Create and implement scalable systems across the business: dashboards, team scorecards, hiring/onboarding processes, SOPs, and execution rhythms. • Partner with the CEO to catch ideas, prioritize them, and define what success looks like. • Unblock the CEO & COO to keep departments focused and help prioritize. • Help structure and scale lean, high-output teams across functions. • Build project tracking systems and company-wide dashboards to make performance visible and actionable.

🎯 Requirements

• Have scaled a fast-growing company to or beyond 9 figures, ideally in DTC, subscription, or consumer products • Bring your own playbook — you’ve built operating systems, hiring processes, dashboards, and execution cadences that work • Are obsessed with speed, systems, and simplification — and know how to balance structure with scrappiness • Can translate visionary chaos into clear roadmaps, metrics, and outcomes • Are a natural dot-connector across teams and functions — and know how to get people moving in the same direction • Are not afraid to do the work — you’re tactical, practical, and you get things done
