• Responsible for managing Payroll processes • Collaborate with technical teams or software vendors • Execute subject matter expertise in the Payroll Module • Triage and manage queue • Manage Payroll processes and collaborate with technical teams • Collaborate with business stakeholders • Develop test plans • Develop training and support to end-users • Collaborate with IT teams • Prepare detailed functional specifications • Maintain system documentation • Acts as a resource for colleagues • Understand business data flows
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
