📋 Description
• Works with the GPO contract feed and line-item detail to ensure that all procurement activity is updated daily • Supports category management and contract administration as new contracts are negotiated • Manually build blanket purchase agreements for all goods and services to be purchased from a supplier if not on contract • Facilitate the creation of tiered pricing agreements • Works with the master data management team to assist in adding new items to existing or new agreements • Provides escalated customer service support on contracting and procurement process specific to contract content • Utilize system reporting and data analysis to monitor purchase agreement needs and prioritize actions • Sustain regular and reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required or related work experience • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts management or related functions
