📋 Description
• The Senior Analyst will support and lead efforts in providing financial and analytical support. • Manage financial reporting related to the Physician Services financial operations. • Lead the preparation, financial analysis, and presentation of Monthly Operating Reports. • Partner with Practice Operations, Revenue Cycle, and the CBO Leadership Teams. • Assist in the preparation of budgets and aid local teams with budget processes. • Support the monthly Physician Practice revenue recognition process and participate in month-end revenue analysis. • Train and support Local Finance teams, Physician Services Accounting, and market leadership on financial systems. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency. • Support quarterly review and annual audit processes. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting/Finance. • Experience: 3+ years of experience. • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred. • Licenses: Maintain Active CPA License.
