📋 Description
• Meet the needs of internal and external LifePoint customers • Support the Cerner Registration and Cerner Scheduling application • Act as a liaison between facility departments and IS for software issues • Provide subject matter expertise to the functional development • Collaborate to create cross functional relationships with peers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (preferred) • Computer Science or related experience • Knowledge of multiple workflows in Patient Access environments (HIM, Registration, Scheduling, Customer Service, etc.)
