•Consultant, HCM Integrations is responsible for managing HCM Integration processes. •Collaborate with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications. •Develop training and support to end-users on application functionalities. •Prepare detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials. •Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. •Masters Degree (preferred). •7+ years of Experience. •Experience being part of a shared service organization. •Oracle Certification (Required).
