📋 Description
• Support identification of continuous improvement opportunities across the Finance workstreams. • Manage activities of the Continuous Improvement team to execute on initiatives. • Facilitate continuous improvement projects and kaizen events. • Advise Finance leaders on lean metrics for process owners. • Develop Lean roadmaps for monitoring strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting/Finance. • 5+ years of experience • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred • Maintain Active CPA License.
