📋 Description
• Responsible for managing intercompany transactions and balancing rules for a range of entities for accounts. • Ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of operational accounting functions. • Investigate, explain, and resolve balance sheet account reconciliation variances. • Support the company’s quarterly review and annual audit processes from both internal and external auditors. • Interact closely with the Operations, Site Liaison and site CFOs to ensure intercompany accounts are properly balanced. • Manage the balance sheet account reconciliations process ensuring accounts are properly supported with valid documentation. • Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting/Finance. • Experience: 5+ years of experience • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred • Licenses: Maintain Active CPA License.
