📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers responsible for SCCM, Endpoint Management, and Intune • Establish team goals, priorities, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to direct reports • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with best practices • Guide the implementation, configuration, and optimization of endpoint management technologies • Ensure deployment and management of applications, operating systems, patches, and security updates across endpoints • Develop and execute endpoint management roadmaps, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals • Act as a point of escalation for technical and operational issues related to endpoint management • Manage resource allocation and coordinate with other IT teams for cross-functional projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Management, and Intune • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with direct reports • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and associated technologies • Familiarity with OSD (Operating System Deployment) • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) • Strong understanding of Packaging applications and deployment • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
