📋 Description
• Support identification of continuous improvement opportunities across Finance workstreams • Manage activities of Continuous Improvement team to execute initiatives • Facilitate continuous improvement and share best practices • Advise Finance leaders on lean metrics • Develop Lean roadmaps to monitor strategic initiatives • Ensure successful execution of large cross-functional improvement initiatives • Validate reported CI benefits and ensure accurate accounting
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting/Finance • 5+ years of experience • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred • Maintain Active CPA License
