📋 Description

• The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Reporting, is responsible for working with Supply Chain systems and data to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making. • Displays working knowledge in Supply Chain Management Module/Supply Chain Data. • Manage complex problems and work with other team members to ensure ticket resolution. • Works within Oracle to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making. • Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various systems. • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present metrics, trends, and insights to business users. • Provide data interpretation support by analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and provide actionable recommendations. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate data collection and analysis, and enhance data visualization techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Applies working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities. • Define and implement the technical requirements to meet analytical needs within the Oracle ERP environment. • Perform requirements, gathering, development, documentation, maintenance and training for reporting and analytics in Oracle. • Conduct testing to ensure accurate and reliable Supply Chain Management reporting. • Ensure Supply Chain Management data integrity and accuracy by resolving data quality issues and performing data reconciliation for data consistency across modules and reports. • Evaluate existing reporting processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. • Collaborate with the team to align reporting strategies with organizational and cross-functional analytics goals. • Provide user support and training on ERP analytics features and functionality, including report generation, data extraction, and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelors - Preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. • Masters Degree (preferred). • Experience: 3-5 years of experience • 2-3 within Healthcare. • Experience being part of a shared service organization. • Certifications: Oracle Certification (Preferred).
