Description

• We are looking for a Sales Development/Account Operations Advisor to support Lumin's continued growth across New Zealand's market. • Your responsibilities will include generating new sales and client opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering exceptional customer support to our existing clients. • Additionally, you will assist the General Manager with client & account services and operational support where needed. • The focus of the role will be centered around sales and business development, account operations, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or account management role, preferably in the aged care, retirement living or software / technology industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and client development targets and achieving customer satisfaction. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically, identify creative solutions and be confident with Technology. • Proficient in using CRM software, such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot and data analytics tools like LinkedIn etc. • Knowledge of the aged care and retirement living sector in New Zealand is an advantage.
