• The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is accountable for overseeing clinician recruitment with a focus on attracting top talent, cultivating an in-depth understanding of hiring needs, developing and executing recruitment strategies as well as campaigns to attract and source qualified candidates. • This position reports to Senior Manager, People Operations. • The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those that this individual is expected to perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR/Talent Acquisition/Recruitment focused role, with emphasis on experience in healthcare and/ or wellness • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred • Experience recruiting in US and Canada market is preferred • Located in one of our markets, preferably in Toronto • Excellent communication skills, written and oral • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects • Experience with Lever is preferred • Action oriented and driven for results • Self-motivated • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines • Experience working in a high growth company
