• Develop high energy, fun interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum to create creative experiential learning • Create instructional materials in the forms of courses, student guides, training manuals, teaching aids, and videos. • Redesign instructional materials to ensure accessibility and usability. • Research and identify learning activities and technologies that can be incorporated in training programs. • Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Development Manager and other curriculum development team members • Occasionally, assist in hosting/scheduling online training initiatives through Google Meet and Zoom. • Participate in collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials.
• Creative and Innovative mindset • Passion for creating unique learning experiences for youth • A background in instructional design, curriculum development or learning experience design. • The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations is crucial in a fast-paced, non-profit environment. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Computer proficiency preferably with Google Suite
