• Create and implement enterprise-wide and audience-specific communications • Drive the continuous improvement of internal content • Update and maintain Passion for Life’s intranet • Provide communications counsel to team leaders and stakeholders • Recommend and implement new communication methods • Contribute fresh thinking to build awareness of organizational information • Improve volunteer connectivity and engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 3-5 years experience in managing/writing at an agency or in a corporate/nonprofit environment • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) • Copy writing and content management experience • Leading, collaborating with, and managing a team • Self-starter willing to take initiative and own projects • Demonstrates effectiveness in meetings and task forces • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (both internal and external) • Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills • Effective project management and time management skills are critical
