β’ Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field β’ 3-5 years experience in managing/writing at an agency or in a corporate/nonprofit environment β’ Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) β’ Copy writing and content management experience β’ Leading, collaborating with, and managing a team β’ Self-starter willing to take initiative and own projects β’ Demonstrates effectiveness in meetings and task forces β’ Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (both internal and external) β’ Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills β’ Effective project management and time management skills are critical
