• Develop comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow nonprofit partnerships, secure corporate sponsorships, and drive individual donor engagement. • Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate interest in Passion for Life’s mission and services. • Co-lead the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute strategy and tactics. • Analyze marketing insights to inform strategic planning.
• 7+ years experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial / start-up environment preferred, with a clear ability to both execute strategically and “roll-up-your-sleeves” when needed. • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with experience growing and developing a team. • Experience leading people is preferred. • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written. • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (both internal and external). • Effective project management and time management skills are critical. • Proficiency using Google Suite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides required. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field preferred • Prior experience in a nonprofit organization, a plus. • Experience using Asana, MailChimp, WordPress, and Adobe Suite (or similar software), preferred.
