• We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Research and Data Enrichment Specialist to join our team on a contractor basis, working fully remote. • Leverage tools to source, cleanse, enrich, and score prospect data. • Ensure that high-quality leads are provided to the sales team for outreach activities by importing and maintaining data in our CRM. • Your efficiency and attention to detail will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategies by delivering actionable and reliable data. • Identify and source potential leads from databases, tools, and platforms. • Gather key prospect information, including verified contact details, job title, industry, and company data. • Verify, validate, and cleanse prospect data to ensure accuracy and remove duplicates. • Maintain a high level of data integrity through rigorous quality checks and consistent best practices. • Analyze and score leads based on predefined criteria. • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification criteria and target audience needs. • Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies. • Assist with additional operational tasks such as generating reports and analytics.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data-centric role (e.g., data enrichment, sales operations, marketing operations). • Proficiency with data sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay). • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus). • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for bulk data manipulation and reporting. • Basic understanding of database management tools is an advantage. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. • Self-directed, autonomous, and deadline driven. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. • Organized and methodical, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
