• Kundenservice: Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von E-Mails, um Anfragen zeitnah und professionell zu beantworten. • Terminplanung: Koordination und Planung von Terminen für das Team. • Reiseplanung: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Geschäftsreisen. • Rechnungsstellung: Erstellung von Rechnungen und Angeboten, die an Kunden verschickt werden. • Datenpflege: Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten und anderen relevanten Informationen in unseren Systemen.
