β€’ The New York Times is looking for a Director of Production for our Games Platform. β€’ Partner with multidisciplinary peers to create the backbone of games that delight audiences. β€’ NYT Games aims to be the premier destination for digital puzzle games. β€’ This role will report to the Executive Producer of Games. β€’ You must uphold NYT values like trust, curiosity, and empathy.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of production experience β€’ 2+ years of people management experience β€’ A force multiplier whose work creates demand for higher quality outcomes from colleagues β€’ Experience managing schedules and project workflows for large groups β€’ Passionate about games and game development β€’ Proficient in SaaS-based collaboration tools required to lead modern game teams, including G-Suite, JIRA, and more β€’ Knowledge of journalism ethics and standards
