• Drive the recruitment process end-to-end, crafting compelling job ads, interviewing and onboarding. • Ensure the Application Tracking System remains updated; • Coordinate employee contracts and onboarding; • Drive cultural programs for team engagement; • Facilitate annual merit increase cycle and handle HR administration tasks;
• Previous experience in a recruitment or talent role; • Engaging communicator adapting to different audiences; • High attention to detail; • Excellent at juggling multiple priorities; • Creative, proactive and a team player; • Passionate about problem solving and process improvement; • Previous experience in a startup or tech environment preferred.
