Description

• Build relationships with clients to support positive experiences. • Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and work to minimize past-due amounts. • Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes. • Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy. • Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all ads are prepared and organized. • Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries. • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members. • Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills. • Experience managing multiple deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with N2’s Corporate Publications program. • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
