• n8n is a low-code platform for workflow automation and AI app integration, designed for technical users. • It simplifies connecting to any app or API and enables the incorporation of AI into business processes. • We were founded end of 2019 and currently have a diverse team of +65 talented people. • Our annual recurring revenue is growing 5x year-over-year. • We are in the top 0.0001% most popular projects on Github with +48k GitHub stars. • We now count a total of $20m in funding with most recently secured a Series A extension (February 2024). • As the Head of People at n8n, you’ll create an exceptional people-first culture while scaling the organization for long-term success. • You’ll partner with leadership and the People team to architect a high-performance, values-driven environment that drives employee satisfaction and retention, fosters talent growth, and supports rapid scaling across Europe.

Requirements

• Experience Scaling Teams: You have experience navigating the complex growth phase from 50 to 150 employees. • Leadership Acumen: You bring 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior people role, and you know how to manage, mentor, and motivate a team. • Remote Work Expertise: You’re adept at crafting people programs for a fully remote or hybrid workforce, with a keen understanding of remote-first best practices. • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You’re analytical, data-driven, and metrics-focused, making decisions based on insights from HR metrics. • Compliance Knowledge: You understand European labor laws and are confident ensuring compliance across multiple countries. • Diverse Background: You’ve had experience in other functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) and bring a unique perspective to People leadership. • Engineering Culture Fit: Experience in engineering-focused organizations would be an asset. • Startup Resilience: You’re no stranger to the fast pace and occasional ambiguity of a startup environment, thriving in high-growth, dynamic teams. • Cultural Architect: You’re skilled at crafting and maintaining company culture, especially in rapidly scaling teams. • Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern HRIS, automation tools, and talent analytics platforms is a big plus.
