β’ Lead design efforts for go-to-market strategy at Nacelle. β’ Create user interfaces for GTM assets such as landing pages, demos, and marketing collateral. β’ Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand GTM goals. β’ Develop and maintain consistent design language across all GTM assets. β’ Ensure a seamless user experience by maintaining balance in spacing, alignment, and hierarchical structure of content. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts align with business goals and user needs. β’ Effectively communicate design decisions and processes to non-design stakeholders.
β’ Proven experience (3-5 years) in UI/UX design, particularly in B2B SaaS platforms. β’ Strong foundation in design fundamentals : typography, color theory, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy. β’ Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. β’ Experience with creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. β’ Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries to streamline processes and ensure consistency. β’ Understanding of front-end development principles is a plus (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge can be useful in communicating with developers). β’ Strong attention to detail, especially in areas like spacing, alignment, and typography. β’ Creative problem-solver who can translate business objectives into compelling user interfaces. β’ Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects from concept to completion. β’ Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments where design iteration is rapid. β’ Knowledge of conversion optimization and how design impacts marketing and sales outcomes. β’ Familiarity with A/B testing for UI components, using data to drive design decisions.
