• Support the mission by configuring and supporting clinical applications within Epic EHR software • Consult with members to provide accurate, secure, and efficient patient care solutions • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic • Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products • Coordinate with Help Desk on JIRA resolution • Discuss workflow solutions and ensure understanding of the system through training • Document build specifications and team processes • Collaborate to address integration issues • Mentor and train less experienced analysts
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of college education plus 5-7 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant role • One EPIC certification may be substituted for one year of this requirement • LTC inpatient experience is highly desired • Preference given to candidates with LTC experience • Experience with Epic Stork highly desired • Preference given to candidates with Epic Stork experience • Epic certification Clindoc experience required • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
