• Support the mission of OCHIN by designing application features in Epic • Strengthen standards and patterns, configure improvements, and enhance the Epic platform quality • Elicit, analyze, specify, document, and validate business and technical requirements • Continually improve the quality of the OCHIN Epic collaborative • Critically evaluate information and reconcile conflicts • Actively participate in the product and project lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience, required • 10+ years of Application Analyst experience, with demonstrated increase in scope of responsibilities, required • Deep knowledge of Epic data structures and applications required • Current certification in the assigned Epic application(s), Epic Resolute Hospital Billing HB certification is required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required • Excellent time management and organization skills, required • Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service, required • Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect, highly desired
