• Supports the mission of OCHIN by playing a key role in the design of application features and functionality in the Epic software platform. • Participates in the product and project lifecycle and may lead various actions and production of deliverables, including proposals and design. • Provides technical mentorship and support to other members of the OCHIN workforce • Performs complex build, development, and testing of new and existing features for assigned applications and integrated areas in the Epic platform. • Provides expert-level support for member issues and escalations, collaborating directly with members and across the OCHIN workforce • Creates and maintains technical documentation and contributes to continual improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience, required • 10+ years of Application Analyst experience, with demonstrated increase in scope of responsibilities, required • Deep knowledge of Epic data structures and applications required • Current certification in the assigned Epic applications of Inpatient Orders, ClinDoc and Order Transmittal are required. • Additional certifications, highly desired • Knowledge of Epic APIs and integrations, highly desired • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required • Excellent time management and organization skills, required • Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service, required • Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect, highly desired
