• Support OCHIN’s mission by configuring clinical applications within Epic EHR • Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary products • Mentor and train less experienced analysts • Collaborate with members from OCHIN teams to address issues • Travel to support off-site software installations
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant role • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience • Epic Resolute PB Certification is required • Epic Resolute PB Claims certification is highly desired • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
