📋 Description

• Senior Project Manager responsible for managing complex projects • Coach and mentor less experienced employees • Lead process improvement efforts and develop project management tools • Build communication strategies and manage project plans • Ensure project deliverables are met and provide customer service to members • Collaborate on organizational project management methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Healthcare, Health Informatics preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in complex project coordination or management, preferably in a healthcare and/or IT setting • Proven success in internal and external communication and relationship management with all levels from administrative to executive • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required • Experience in Epic Acute Care and/or Ambulatory builds is required • Minimum 4 years of experience in complex project management, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare IT setting. • Technical aptitude to collaborate with members and team members on any project assigned • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar system preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Ideal candidate will have experience working with fully remote project teams • Proven success in internal and external communication, strong member relationship management • Success mitigating or managing at risk projects
