• Creative Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Develop and articulate the creative vision and strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative team. • Brand Strategy: Define and evolve the visual identity and brand voice. Ensure consistency and coherence of brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to integrate the brand strategy into all aspects of the customer experience. • Project Management: Oversee the design and production of all creative assets, including digital ads, social media content, website design, video production, print collateral, and more. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Implement efficient workflows and processes to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of the creative team. • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for creative excellence, ensuring all outputs meet the company’s quality and branding guidelines. Review and approve all creative materials before publication or distribution. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and key stakeholders. Communicate effectively with non-creative team members to ensure understanding and buy-in for creative initiatives. Act as a bridge between the creative team and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution. • Market Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Apply insights from market research and user feedback to refine and improve creative strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within the fintech or technology sector. • Proven track record of leading successful branding and marketing campaigns. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across digital and print media. • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse creative team. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating creative concepts and strategies to a broad audience. • Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media principles. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Passion for fintech and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
