Description

• Develop and implement the PMO strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives. • Lead the PMO team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. • Establish PMO governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure project consistency and quality. • Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Implement and manage project management tools and techniques to ensure effective project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Facilitate project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management. • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities and communications. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and across the organization. • Lead change management initiatives to support project implementations and organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. • A Master’s degree or PMP certification is highly desirable. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading a PMO in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and other project management methodologies is an advantage.
