Description

• Develop and manage automated marketing campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers across multiple channels. • Work with CRM tools to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and ensure optimal campaign performance. • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, making data-driven decisions to improve results. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align automated campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and ad-hoc campaigns triggered by market events. • Stay current with the latest in automation technology and fintech market trends to continually refine and enhance campaign strategies. • Ensure all marketing communications meet compliance standards and reflect the company's brand and voice accurately. • Train and support other team members on the use of marketing automation tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation or CRM, ideally within the fintech, trading, or financial services industries. • Proficient in using major marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc). • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track metrics and optimize campaign performance. • Knowledge of the trading and investing industry or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn quickly. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and a focus on results.
