Description

• Design and implement tracking systems for all our marketing activities across multiple channels and platforms. • Analyze data on leads, conversions, website traffic, and overall customer engagement to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into KPIs, marketing effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROI. • Work closely with connected teams to refine lead qualification processes, enhance sales funnel efficiency, and improve customer journey mapping. • Develop and monitor performance metrics, providing regular updates to the marketing team and senior management. • Conduct A/B testing on different marketing campaigns to drive improvements in conversion rates and other key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing analysis, data analysis, or similar role, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) and experience with CRM systems. • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proactive, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
