Description

• Help take the NALA business product to the next level by opening up payment rails to customers via API • Build business-facing features • Integrate with payment partners to offer fast and reliable payments across many countries • Implement core business logic for safety measures • Launch new countries quickly by writing adaptable code • Use data for decision-making and customer insights • Automate processes and partner failover • Contribute to customer-facing REST API functionalities

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience building highly reliable and scalable backend services in Go • Experience with RDBMSs like Postgres, MySQL • Experience with message-brokers technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ • Excellent knowledge of best practices in designing, developing, and deploying services in a cloud environment • Experience working asynchronously with global teams • Passionate about the product and mission • Fluent in written and spoken English • Nice to have: Experience in Fintech and Payments • Nice to have: Experience working in a tech startup • Nice to have: Experience in infosec • Nice to have: Experience in creating robust, well-polished, and documented server-to-server APIs for customer access (REST/GraphQL)
