Description

• The position involves providing administrative support to the Field Onboarding team within Data Collection. • The primary focus is arranging supervisions for new and existing interviewers in the field. • We seek a professional, organized, and proactive individual to join our team.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Field Onboarding team to schedule supervisions. • Communicate with new and existing fieldworkers to set up supervisions. • Coordinate with Supervisors and Field Performance Managers to arrange or modify supervisions, especially when urgent. • Email supervision requests to Supervisors and follow up on progress. • Clarify issues from requests with Field Performance Managers. • Ensure completion of supervision forms and update relevant departments. • Inform your manager of any arising issues and provide proactive solutions. • Update Excel spreadsheets to track supervisions and the onboarding of new fieldworkers. • Provide reports and updates to your Manager, Head of External Field, and Director of Data Collection. • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by NatCen.
