Description

• Lead the development, commercialization, and product strategy for tissue-agnostic MRD solutions. • Collaborate across teams to drive successful product launches, clinical validation, and reimbursement plans. • Create and execute the product roadmap for tissue-agnostic MRD products. • Develop and refine target product profiles and deliver product requirements. • Conduct VOC interviews, competitive analysis, and market research. • Identify business opportunities, build business cases, and create financial models. • Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams for clinical validation studies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launches. • Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning and create key marketing collateral. • Present data-driven strategies to gain alignment and buy-in from senior leadership.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required in physical/life sciences, statistics, or engineering. A Master’s or PhD is preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting. • Oncology Expertise: Experience with oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics. • Life Sciences Industry Knowledge: Expertise in the life sciences industry, particularly in oncology or diagnostics, is preferred.
