Description

• Natera is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Director of Product Management to join our dynamic Women’s Health team. • You will oversee product management for our on-market Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) product, Panorama®, and lead innovative new initiatives across our Women’s Health portfolio. • This role is integral to ensuring we deliver a world-class experience for both healthcare providers and patients. • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Medical teams to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on healthcare or life sciences. • Proven track record in managing products through their entire lifecycle. • Deep understanding of the NIPT/reproductive health market and its unique demands from both provider and patient perspectives. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and product excellence.
