Description

• Analyze and monitor all tradeshow and sponsorship requests. • Communicate with appropriate teams regarding tradeshow and sponsorship requests. • Remit payment to the appropriate vendor if approved. • Reconcile payments using appropriate software. • Utilize and maintain reports of prior and ongoing requests. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Accounting experience and knowledge of 1-3 years preferred • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus • Proficiency in Oracle or other payment processing system preferred • Proficiency in Excel preferred • Nice to have: Salesforce experience • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
