📋 Description
• Natera is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), Billing to lead complex and high-impact initiatives that drive our billing platforms' scalability, reliability, and compliance. • You will be a strategic thought partner to engineering, product, operations, and finance teams. • As a Senior TPM, you will own large-scale, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery. • You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to design solutions, manage risks, and deliver results that improve billing operations.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years of technical program management and/or product management experience in a fast-paced technology environment. • 2+ years experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle processes. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional, large-scale technical programs end-to-end, preferably in billing, payments, or financial platforms. • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical architecture, and cloud-based platforms. • Ability to dive deep into technical details, challenge assumptions, and guide teams toward effective solutions. • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building skills.
