🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO and Content Marketing experience • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong technical SEO expertise including site architecture, page speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile optimization • Experience developing content-driven SEO strategies similar to content-rich platforms (e.g., Nerdwallet, Investopedia) • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics • Experience with structured data implementation and optimization • Understanding of JavaScript frameworks and their impact on SEO • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with content, product, and engineering teams • Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Passionate about Nav’s mission • Data-driven and analytical • Incredible cross-functional collaborator and SEO evangelist • Clear and methodical communicator and planner • Biased for action, with an entrepreneurial mindset • Experience in fintech or with SMBs a plus
