β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet any other requirements for government contracts for which they are hired. β’ Candidates offered a job at Nava must have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. Please be aware that most of our positions require U.S. citizenship or a green card. β’ May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances. β’ Depth of experience leading complex, long-term content projects (E.g. CMS migration, content development). β’ Experience building information architecture specifically content hierarchy and information organization. β’ Understanding of analytics planning and tracking. β’ Experience with content curation or editorial planning. β’ Ability to build and form strong relationships with the internal team and external partners. β’ Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision. β’ An adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical and otherwise.
